They are new (January '24) but that doesn't mean anything negative, in fact the food and service are top notch. I'd say world class food, but also fairly steep prices; you get what you pay for though! I would recommend trying this place for the taste, but if you want volumes of food or a bang for buck, look elsewhere. The Kobe here meets the hype.
